20 x KB Swings - 24/16kg (Russian)
40 x Double Unders

    B) 3 +6 red band C2B

  3. A) 37.75kg. Also managed a 39.75 clean but couldn't get under quick enough for the jerk :(
    B) 4 + 30 + 5sec skip

  4. A) 110, missed 115 twice, the last one after watching a video of it has me confused how I missed it so I guess it's not far off.

    B) 4 + 27 Rxd. Happy with this, chest 2 bars were done in 3's and 2's and the rest was close to unbroken for all except the last round of DU.

  5. A) 48.5 (PB is 51, so not real happy with that. But 9 hours sleep in two days might have had an impact....)
