A) focussing on getting my knees back first. So hard, did a lot of weird high catching power snatches with bonus overhead squats. Ack. But some good ones too. 22.5kg (85% was 26kg)B) my endurance leaves something to be desired.... The wall balls killed me, they just feel really heavy :/4 rounds @ 19:11 :(
