Dumbbell Bench 16kg (each arm) for 10 reps.

A) Snatch
EMOTM 12
2 Reps @ 85%

B) 5 Rounds (20 Minute Cap)
30 Double Unders
20 Wall Balls 10/9ft - 9/6kg
10 C2B Pull Ups

Recover 60 Seconds after each round.

    B) 60 single skips per round, 9kg wall ball, kipping pull ups
    WOD capped out at 20min 4 full rounds + 60 skips+10WB
    as tough as it looks for 5 rounds

  2. A) power snatch for me today focusing on getting as low as possible still above parallel - 60kg
    B) wall balls were onto a wallball at a set height to stop me going below parallel but just on.

    Happy with the chest to bars and only broke once with the DU.

  4. A) focussing on getting my knees back first. So hard, did a lot of weird high catching power snatches with bonus overhead squats. Ack. But some good ones too.

    22.5kg (85% was 26kg)

    B) my endurance leaves something to be desired.... The wall balls killed me, they just feel really heavy :/
