A) Power Clean & Jerk 17 Minutes
Go for Gold

B) 15 Minute Running Clock

Run 800m 90% (1-4 Min), then

3 Rounds (4-10 Min)
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 KB Swing 24/20/16kg (Russian)
All at a moderate pace

Run 1000m (10-15 Min)

  6. A) Powerclean/jest up to max 72kg, heavy singles.
    B) Went for a baseline time for 800 and overran 4:00. 5:36 (knees are the culprit, sore as....) Rx. PU, Pushups and RKBS@24kg, skipped 1000m run and added a [part C). Running clock (with no 1000m run) 10:58
    C) Ring dips (orange band) x22, 24kg KBS x37

  8. A) 40kg......working on clean form and technique (fast arms, high elbows, opening hands)
    B) Full 800m = 3.40min
    3 rounds complete at 8.30min (with 20kb and jumping pull ups)
    1000m = 5min
