    SATURDAY
    Back squat: work up to heavy single, 132kg
    FGB with James (son-in-law) 3 rounds 275 reps. He equalled my score and got a "No-Rep" for not squatting for the first wall ball after his pick up. He was not happy. lol. Not all bad news for him, he got a new PB B/SQ, 132.5 kg up from 116. Now that DID make him happy.
