  6. (A) 50kg - failed on the last minute of the EMOTM so waited until the next minute and did it again to finish on a successful lift.

    Skipped (B) today to rest a bit after the comp yesterday.

  7. A). 65kgs. Snatches feeling very very good at the moment. Very tempted to skip the WOD and keep snatching.

    Stayed on and completed a dozen or so extra thrusters with a wider/thumbs out grip as practice for whenever Fran is next programmed.
