  1. A) T@G power snatch at 55kg (prev PB was only 55.5kg 1RM).
    Upper to 60.5kg for 6 single reps. New PB is 60.5kg. Been hunting this 60kg milestone for 12 months.
    B) WOD Rx”d @ 43kg power snatch. 6 rounds + 4 power snatches to finish off before time called.
    Great WOD this morning. Nice little challenge…..
