    Slow to start this morning, very zombie like zzz zzz
    b. Caught up on Jerks from yesterday, worked up to 50kg Push Jerk (2) + Split Jerk (1), sore neck so didnt want to push the weight

    Failed at 67.5 what felt like a million times haha. Did a few successful lifts at 55 to finish!

  4. A) worked up to 111kg feeling good after the weekend, two weeks ago this was really heavy but it felt much more manageable today.
