(A) Snatch:

1  Set x1@85%

(B) For Time
50 x Double Unders
 9 x Snatch: 55/45/33
40 x Double Unders
12 x Snatch: 50/40/30
30 x Double Unders
15 x Snatch: 45/35/25

NOTE: Any variety of Snatch permitted.

  6. A) Worked up to 55kg (40,43,50,52.5,55 kg) then had 3 cracks @ 60 again. Although I felt good today, couldn’t repeat last week, just yet. Shoulders are smashed and tired from a long week, especially after PT jerk practice. Not unhappy with how it went today though... :O)
    B) WOD complete in 6:01 @ 40 kg in all 3 rounds
    Skips as singles. 100 (60/30/10) 80 (40/40) 60 unbroken.
