After having all those fails at anything above 80kg last week, It was all in my head, as Azza so timely and pontificantly opined from his Summit of Labbie-Zen. Good one mate. :O) He was so right..... New PB by 0.5kg.

B) 12.08 rxd Main thing to take away from this was i beat Dave on the 800, granted he could barely walk from Spartan on the weekend, but hey a win is a win hahaha.
A). 88, 104, 120, 135, 144, 152. Stopped here at the 95%.
B). 800m - 4.04 WOD - 6.35 400m - 2.44
Total Time: 13.23 Rx'd
As you can read the runs were very slow and obviously show where I need to improve greatly. And just to rub salt in, I dropped off/lost kip only on rep 7 of the last set of T2B. Other than that the remainder were unbroken.
