  1. A) @ 83, 100, 115, 130, 146, singles @ 150,156 new PB for Azza 152 now 156, new PB John 155, now 156......still some gas in tank, may have another lift in me, but put pulled the pin and took the win, and saved a little something for B) WOD....glad I did.

    B) 600 in 3:21
    WOD Rx'd but scaled to 3 rnds due to time. 14:34 @100kg
    2552 kg in part A) took it's toll, 3000kg in B) and I'm toast. happy for 3 rnds but pulled up at 6.57am so ran out of time for rnd 4. had enough left to finish I think, but it would have been a slow 4th round though. Rx'd TTB after yesterday was really tiring on the anterior shoulders and grip strength was iffy after heavy deads. All up, happy I got out of bed. :O)
