A) worked up to 48kg. Used boxes to practice all lifts from "pockets" to skill's hip thrust and drop under.B) Rx'd @ 43kg 1:40, 1:35, 1:32, 1:30skills: strict pullups. 3 singles

A) 31kg Snatch not as good as last week got to 33. Not feeling it!
A) 52kg A 8.5kg PB, so stoked! Felt pretty good :-) B) RXD - Power Snatches Rd 1 - 0.56Rd 2 - 0.56Rd 3 - 0.55Rd 4 - 0.54To top it off, got 3 bar muscle ups, with pretty ugly form but hey a win nevertheless! Didn't anticipate being able to do one for a while, so safe to say its been a good day :-)

A) did a few light full snatches to get a feel @ 40, but went of powers for the heavies because of the hips. 70kg power B) Rx - 56, 49, 49, 53 - power snatch - 1st set is all drop and pick ups and the rest were all touch and go. Interesting time difference.
Also strung 4-5 muscle ups together and about 10'bar muscle ups in prep for potential opens needs!!
