  1. A) worked up to 51kg today. kept it light for the shoulders.
    B) Rx'd 4 rounds @ 50kg + 24" box
    DNF rnd 5 (calf strain) Took off like a scalded cat on nitrous with it's tail on fire from the back of the box, side stepped Kathy and her bar, boxed jump over yellow box and made it as far as the speed hump. Young bull came out to play and tripped me up. lol.
