A) Deadlift
Build to a TnG 5

B) Every 3min x 5
3 Hang Cleans 60/40/35kg (any variety of Hang)
5 HR Burpee
200m Run
2 Cleans 60/40/35kg

    1. Knowing where you've been will help you to know where you're going. If we would only take the time to reflect and learn from every WOD. progress is inevitable. As my daughter says, 'make hindsight your friend" (in Chinese accented broken Engrish) :O)
