  2. A) only did the 65% - 112kg, didn't get there early enough to warm the hips up and they gave me some grief so missed it.
    B) 9:32 DB 35lbs thrusters in place of Barbell.

  5. A). Worked off 140kgs. Strength still an issue at squats due to missing a few sessions a couple of weeks back.

    91, 105, 112, 119, 126, 119 and then AHAP at 126. Last one was ugly as.

    B). 11.02 Rx'd
    Splits.
    600m - 3mins
    Pullups - 52secs (unbroken)
    Thrusters - 2.02 (snail pace. way, way too long)
    Pullups - 11.18 (broke three times at rep 11, 15, 17)
    600m - 3.50 (like a cliff young shuffle - too slow)
