(A) Every 30sec, for 6 minutes
Interval 1 (30sec) - Snatch Balance
Interval 2 (60sec) - High Hang Snatch
Interval 3 (90sec) - Snatch
Perform all movements at approx 60% of 1-RM Snatch

(A1) Snatch
Perform 6 lifts & increase load as ability allows.

(B) 12-9-6-3
G2O: 50/35/28
Lateral Bar Burpees
Front Squat: 50/35/28
1/2 Gasser

    This puppy stung but enjoyed the WOD and the session.

    Ai) 60, 70,75, 80,82.5 (f), 86kg (1kg pb) -pretty Damned happy with this, sore wrist shoulders and quads from a previous wod this week and still pulling the heavy weights for the snatch. Knowing that when I am fighting fit again this pb will be another stepping stone towards the 100kg I hope to hit by year end.
    C) by product of sore wrist meant I couldn't wod. Still a good day though!
