Dangerous Dave mid flight
Box Jump Overs

A) EMOTM x 24
1: 5 Deadlifts
2: 20 Sit Ups
3: 20 DB Piston Presses (Standing)
4: Recovery Round

*Goal is to build in weight on each set of Deadlifts.

B) Double Tabata (16 Rounds)
Push Ups
Side Hover

  2. A) Backed off to 60%, killing me not to release the dogs of war. Grrrrr
    Deads @ 80kg, situps x20,20,15,13,20 pistons @ 35lb DB
    B) 8 sets x 8 ring rows, + horizontal planks to preserve shoulder and calf

  3. A) Worked up to 70kg Deadlift. Piston Presses 7.5kg each hand.
    B) Held 7 push ups

    Really enjoyed this workout this morning!

    1. Deads with fat bar (27kgs). 87, 107, 127
    2. Rx'd
    3. 45lb DBs then upped it to 25kgs bells
    4. Struggled with this one!

    B).
    Push ups: Max was 11 min was 8.
    Side Hovers: figured my left side was stronger than my right.

    Those side golds were rough by the end
