A) worked up to 50kg in complex, then threw in 4 singles at 55kg.B)11:17 Rowed 400m, 40kg snatch, the subbed 20kg plate step ups on to 20" box (x15) for D/U as still cant jump. Had to do all snatches as singles to preserve shoulder.......This slowed me down. I had to really focus on every rep to avoid rotational pain.Finished with a leisurely 1000m row in 4:55, to wind down.
