    B) work around for injuries. WOD 19:40
    1000m row, step over burpees, box 24# (torn calf did NOT like that.
    push press@40kg, abmat situps
    100m GASSER Row, changed to20" box, step overs. Still pulled up sore so I will need to watch it. Injury is a repeat of 3 weeks ago, so I obviously did not wait long enough for healing. Wont be running or jumping for a while.

    Lifeless effort here, really struggled. Gassers were really slow jogs, but I finished! lol...
