    8 x 1 @ 145kgs. Not pretty tonight. Very very ugly.

    B). 7.38 Rx'd
    Double Unders failed me again. On a brighter side all pull-ups and swings were unbroken.

    Good lookin rooster in the middle back row of the above photo.

  5. A) warm up - 70, 100, 120, 138
    Working -3/8 @ 156kg dropped the 4th and some hip pain so gave it a rest. Disappointed but also not too worried with how little I have squatted lately.
    B) 6:18 rx - arms felt heavy tonight. DU trip ups got in my head a little.

    Get ups 16 and 24kg, both arms
