  2. A) Totally read that wrong on the board - not entirely sure what I read though?

    30, 35, 37, 40, 42 - all x 5 reps
    Ring dips with orange band 8,7,5,5

    B) 3 snatches into the 25's, all full snatches apart from two which were debatable!

    1. Hi Aliysa, About your Part A, it's all good, you did it right, I'd initially posted the incorrect %. WOD is now fixed and reflects your lifts.

  3. A) 5 reps ea. 60, 65,70,75,80kg subbed for ring dips, suicide o/head tricep curls, 24kg KB, 6 set,6 reps.
    B). snatches @36kg to preserve shoulder, and 400m Row to preserve calf,
    WOD 1 full round + 3 additional HR Burpees. Had absolutely nothing left in the tank after......
    Did all burpees unbroken at an even pace
    Did snatches, round of 15, 5x3, round of 20, 5 x 4, round of 25 5x5
    turned out to be a do-able strategy (just, last 3 sets of 5 were tough)
    HR pushups, 10, 3x5, 4x5.
    Busted out 3 burpees with 15 sec left.
    Felt good to push, but I'm stonkered. lol.
