Epsom Salts, great for tired aching muscles.

(A1) Bench Press
*Set 1 – 10 reps
*Set 2 – 5 reps
*Set 3 – 3 reps
*Set 4 – 10 reps
*Set 5 – 5 reps
*Set 6 – 3 reps
Rest 2 minutes
Make these heavy the first wave, and heavier on the second.
(A2) Strict Pullups
10reps or MAX Reps if unable to perform 10 unbroken

(B) For Time
Run *400m
10 x Snatch: 52/36/26
5 x Ring Dips
Run *800m
5 x Ring Dips
10 x Snatch
Run *400m

NOTE: There is a strict 90sec/400m & a 3min/800m cap to perform the runs.
