    - 50kg, 55kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg, 75kg
    B.) 4 rounds.
    - 500m row
    - 10 Overhead Squats @ 55kg
    - 2:23, 3:23, 2:57, 3:15. Total Time was 15:15
    (All completed with in the 4 minute time cap per round.)

    Session 2
    A.) 140kg, 5RM Deadlift
    B.) 1:20, 1:23, 4:02. Total Time was 10:02 rxd
