    B.) Snatch Pulls 4 sets of 2 @ 120% of Snatch 1rm (90kg)
    C.) Front Squat find a 3rm (105kg)

    A.) Front Squat 1rm (125) new PB
    B.) 4:42, Thrusters were done @ 43kg
