  1. Caught up on Tuesday squats. Finished with 140kg
    New PB by 10kg. Felt good today.
    Thanks to Shane and the physio team, I have some mobility and my knees and hips didn't complain today. Felt strong. hooorah

  3. B) scaled to 25kg DB jerks each hand - 7:29.

    Jerks were fairly average I will admit, more than a few push press snuck in. :/

    Extra work - rowed a minute flat chat to get 356m.
