Caught up on Tuesday squats. Finished with 140kgNew PB by 10kg. Felt good today.Thanks to Shane and the physio team, I have some mobility and my knees and hips didn't complain today. Felt strong. hooorah

B) scaled to 25kg DB jerks each hand - 7:29.Jerks were fairly average I will admit, more than a few push press snuck in. :/Extra work - rowed a minute flat chat to get 356m.
A)Worked upto a messy 55kg then dropped back to 40kg to work on technique.B)5.29 at 45kgsExtra-rowed 368m in 1 minute.
