  8. Knocked the weight of the squats back. Realised I lean to far forward on the up motion when squatting. So revised weights were:
    A).
    120 - 140
    125 - 145
    130 - 150

    B). 10.43 Rx'd - aiming for a sub 10mins. Weakest link in this WOD is the running, no surprises. Swings and pullups unbroken.
