  1. a) 132, 140, 149 - sore left hip, I really need to have time off squatting again. :(
    b) 2+8, 2+7 - landed on box for the first round, box overs for the second.

  3. A). 128, 134. Next jump was 144, but kept it at 134 as I was bending over again on the way up of the squat.

    B). 3+3 and 3+2 Rx'd
    Used to black boxes, and landed on top each round.
    First two rounds in first half were unbroken.
    All apart from one lot of double unders were unbroken.
