TUESDAY

(A) Clean (any) + 20 Double Unders
Perform 10 sets. Start at around 60-70% & increase each set whilst form allows.

(B) 15min AMRAP
10 x TTB
12 x Box Jump Overs 24/20
Run 200m

  4. A) Full cleans, finished with 70kg (did 11 lifts, no fails) All but 2 sets of double unders were unbroken. Felt really good tonight.

  5. A) 116kg first cleans in almost a month and a half, felt good! Really close to the PB. Can't wait to hit it in the coming weeks.

  7. a. 67.5 kg full clean (3.5kg pb), caught 69 but didnt stand it up.
    b. 5+10 Box jumps, finally got kipping ttbs and 10 in a row!

  8. A). 116kgs. DUs unbroken for 8 rounds.
    Failed 122kg clean. I can drop and get under it my elbows are too slow.

    B). 5 rounds with a half gasser at end. I had 20 seconds before time was called, so no 200m run.
