A) 116kg first cleans in almost a month and a half, felt good! Really close to the PB. Can't wait to hit it in the coming weeks.

A). 116kgs. DUs unbroken for 8 rounds. Failed 122kg clean. I can drop and get under it my elbows are too slow. B). 5 rounds with a half gasser at end. I had 20 seconds before time was called, so no 200m run.
A) 37.5kg up to 51.5kg power clean. New PB! Various plank holds in between B) 3 rounds 15TTB/12 5kg dB 20" step ups/200m row1 round 10TTB then same as above plus 4 TTB. Coz I can't read. Apparently.
A) 35, 40, 42.5, 45, 47.5, 50, 52.5, 55, 57.5 60kg - Full Cleans
