10 Box Jumps 24/20"
12 Hang Power Snatch 40/30kg
10 Over Bar Burpees
Finish with 400m Run

    70,85,95 for 1 then dropped to 90 for last 2.

    B)12.18 35kg for snatches and tried to work on technique.
