MONDAY


A) Complete the following complex, building in load.
1 x Power Clean + 1 x Thruster + 1 x Push Jerk + 1 x Split Jerk

B) With a 15min running clock
Every 3min Complete
1/2 Gasser
5 x Squat Clean to Overhead: 65/45/35
35 x Double Under's (Unbroken)

  7. A). 100kgs. Last set wasn't pretty. Thruster was ugly as.

    B). 4 of 5 rounds unbroken DUs. 4th round reached 24 then tripped. Weights Rx'd with a clean to thruster.

    then rest 200m - 52, 48, 44, 46

    last two rounds with pacer, really made me work
