Last night's 5.30pm partner workout.

A) Push Jerk + Jerk
15 Minutes to Build to a Heavy Load

B) 12min AMRAP Ladder
As many ladders as possible from 1-5 Reps
5 Push Ups every time bar hits floor, eg:
1 Hang Clean + 5 Push Ups
2 Hang Clean + 5 Push Ups
3 Hang Clean + 5 Push Ups
4 Hang Clean + 5 Push Ups
5 Hang Clean + 5 Push Ups

    1. For the last 3 rounds - 1&2 reps were full hang cleans, all others power.

    b) 3 + 22, 1st and 3rd rounds were Hang Cleans, 2nd and 4th round were Hang Power Cleans, 70kg - Took HC's advice and went for weight and form over speed and reps.

    All pushups were unbroken. rested inbetween sets.

    B) 5 + 8 @ 50 kg. Still some issues with cleans and wrist.

    b. 4+15 rxd @45kg (although started full squat cleans for the first rep at each round until V reminded me they were hang rest were hang power cleans)
