A) Snatch
Build to a Heavy Double in 12 Minutes
Then @ 85%
Perform 1 lift every 30 Seconds x 3 Minutes (6 lifts)

B) 3 Rounds
12 Deadlift 60/40kg
9 Hang Power Clean 60/40kg
6 Push Jerk 60/40kg
-THEN-
2 attempts at 1RM OHS

    then 25kg singles, some were really good. Only takes me 20 lifts to find my groove :/

    about 4 min - all rounds unbroken which I was really happy about because I pushed myself a bit with that weight.

    Felt the nerves after missing the first but backed myself for the second and got it. Happy with that.
