THURSDAY


A) Snatch Complex
Find Heavy Complex for the following
Hang Snatch + Snatch

Then @ 85% perform 1 single every 30 seconds for 4 minutes (8 lifts).

B) Every 3 minutes x3 (6am/9.30am) x5 (5.30pm/6.30pm)
50 Double Unders, then
5 Cleans (at 80% Snatch weight)
10 Push Ups
5 Strict Pullups
-Recover 1 minute between Rounds-

    B) Subbed 40 kg snatch for cleans due to wrist
    33, 33, 22, 21, 24
    Failed to hit DUs in time so 5 burpees each time.
    Did however hit 15 unbroken, record for me so far.

    8 lifts at 42.5kg - small error with the calculation, had it in my head it was 80% but board said 85% so then re did 8 lifts at 45kg :)

    B) Rxd @ 45kg

    Consistent at least!!

  4. a) wrist still hurt but I did a few lifts at 30kgs, gave it away to make sure i dont re-injure it. did some high snatch pulls at 70kg
    b) did the cleans @ 60kg
    2+1, 1+17, 1+14, 1+3, 1+10
    dreaded going back for the cleans each time. touch and go made it spicey
