(A) Back Squat
1x10@60%
1x8@70%
1x8@75%
1x8@80%

(B) For Time
13-11-9-7-5-3-1 = Deadlifts: BW
14-12-10-8-6-4-2 = Wallballs: 9/6kg & 10/9ft

Recover 3min, then perform
OHS 1RM within 2 attempts/4minutes.

NOTE: Rest 3min Upon completing the couplet, then you have 2 attempts within a 4min cap. (No stands) Record your heaviest lift.

  2. A). 96, 112, 120, 130kgs.
    All squats felt good tonight, heavy at end but good.

    B). Rx'd @ 115kgs - 6.38.
    Slow time tonight probably too slow but unbroken.

    OHS @ 60kgs and 80kgs
    Did this same 4min cap a few months back and failed the 80 miserably. Good to punch it out now. Really felt pushing more just for love at th end of the WOD.

    OHS - 60kg and 70kg should of gone heavier but first over head in a bit - .8235 for the percentages - sorry swantzy got ya again bud. ;)

    B) Rx @ 96 kg - 4:45

    OHS 55 kg, 70 kg stood it up, dumped it behind me which apparently is a fail! I know for next time.

    The 60 was a fail but about as close as it could be to a successful lift!! Almost lost it jerking it up, then before the bottom, then stuck in the bottom, then came up & just lost it behind me at the top! :)
