A). 96, 112, 120, 130kgs. All squats felt good tonight, heavy at end but good. B). Rx'd @ 115kgs - 6.38. Slow time tonight probably too slow but unbroken. OHS @ 60kgs and 80kgsDid this same 4min cap a few months back and failed the 80 miserably. Good to punch it out now. Really felt pushing more just for love at th end of the WOD.
A) 100, 115, 124, 132B) rx @85kg bw - 4:35OHS - 60kg and 70kg should of gone heavier but first over head in a bit - .8235 for the percentages - sorry swantzy got ya again bud. ;)
A) 99, 116, 124, 132 - last set a struggle but hit the 8B) Rx @ 96 kg - 4:45OHS 55 kg, 70 kg stood it up, dumped it behind me which apparently is a fail! I know for next time.

A) 60, 70, 75, 80kg B) 5.50 rxd @ 65kgs 55kg 60kg (f) The 60 was a fail but about as close as it could be to a successful lift!! Almost lost it jerking it up, then before the bottom, then stuck in the bottom, then came up & just lost it behind me at the top! :)
