  4. A) 35, 40, 42.5, 45, 50 (fail on rep 4) - I don't know why I went up by 5kg.
    A2) 3 x 3 - +2.5kg, 2 x 3 - +1.25

    B) Only first set of DU, then rows...last set was max effort in 1 min causing me to not look at the time. So somewhere between 10-11 mins haha. Wall ball 4kg, KB - 16kg
