*Run 400m after every set
-THEN STRAIGHT INTO-
3RM OHS in 3 Minutes

    B) 8:33 rxd. Broke on the second rd at 12.
    55 kg OHS, spent too long lying on the floor after the last 400m.

    Happy with the OHS took the bar for a bit of a walk but got it in the end.

  5. A) 35.... Which was a new 1rm...so did a couple more singles to see where I could get - 37.5 on the fourth attempt. Pretty free king happy with that the 35 has been a block for soooooo long.. :))
