    B) 95 kg squat c&j, got the clean on 100 but dropped the bar resetting my wrist position fir the jerk

    B) 105kg cleans felt great, jerks were powerless, suspect bench yesterday might impact on that.

    C) 9:55 Rx, feeling way off my game at the moment, hoping to shake whatever I have out of the system by sat for the opens.
