  2. A)130kg, weight felt comfortable, but couldnt get below parallel due to tight hips. Will attempt again later in the week for more weight and depth.

  8. A) 170kg up from the most recent PB of 165kg, almost had 175, which would of been a 2kg all time PB. After this cycle it will be mine. Oh yes it will be.
