Run 400m
10 x Kettlebell Snatch, left arm, 24kg/16kg
10 x Kettlebell Snatch, right arm, 24kg/16kg
10 x C2B Pullups

EXTRAS
(1) Mid Hang Muscle Snatch 3x3 40% of Snatch
(2) Snatch Balance: Max in 10-12 min
1x1@90% - 2x2@80%
(3) Row - 5 x 1:40 on 20sec rest
Row at near max effort on each interval
