TUESDAY

(A) Squat Snatch; Set clock for a 15 min EMOTM:
    (1) 5 min EMOTM: 1 rep at 75%
    (2) 5 min EMOTM: 1 rep at 80%
    (3) 5 min EMOTM: 1 rep at 85%
    (4) If you feel good, go for a heavy single in 5 more attempts at most

(B) For Time (20min cap)

    B) 17.40 NOT Rxd, I forgot to put 2.5kg's on the ends, so DL @ 65kg, oh oops.
