(2) Row 5 rounds of 1min on & 30sec recovery
Guys 300m/Gals 250m
If unable to reach RXD distance, then do max distance, but stay on for 5 rounds regardless.
The setup is in our favourites under 1/30 intervals.

    B) 11:54 Rx - ouch, that sucked but was good to go heavy.

    Row - 2 in a row, then missed a round then 2 again missed another round then finished it.

    Pretty ruined today not sure why but glad to have gone through it.
