  1. A) 80, 86.5, 92, 98, then 105, 110, 116 - pb by 1 kg finally!

    B) subbed ring rows for pull-ups in first round after feeling pain in shoulder, hopefully nothing serious.

  2. A) worked up to 115, tried 120 twice just not feeling strong atm,
    B) 10:24 - slower than my best but happy as I cruised today.
