Top Dog

Top Dog has been run & won. Full results will be up later this week. I hope everyone had a good time. We took a big step this year by including individuals (Masters) & Teams all in the one event. We plan on having next year at the same venue but under lights to escape some of the summer heat.
I want to say a thank you to all the Athletes that put it on the line today & real big thank you to all the people that helped make this day roll on. Everyone of them was what made the day run like it did, theres too many to mention. It makes me real proud to say that im Head Coach of CFP.

    great work to all cfp guys working hard in the heat to make the day happen. competing was probably the easy job.

    first comp and really enjoyed the team atmosphere. congrats to all athletes.

    highlight for me was watching alex in wod2. did not give up and kept moving right until final whistle.

    Great event, pushed to me do workouts with weights i've not done before and got through.
    Thank to everyone who helped out as well. Really looking forward to your 'twilight' one coz wow it was hot!!

    Totally agree great day had. Thanks to my fellow team mates for making the day awesome well done Miss Courtney Lynne and Margaret (the crowd favourite)
