    New PB 46.5.....creeping up the big five 0 exciting!

    Loved this one, knowing I was getting a rest made me work harder

    And, I never would have picked that weight left to my own devices. Prob would have done 35kg or something. So it was cool to be pushed. It can be hard not being a Rxd person, knowing the right weight to pick.
    And then, I did it! Yay!

    And then Jess showed us some of her mad skillz, very impressive!

  8. a) 25,30,35,40,46 hang @ 39 (thanks vee for the tip about leaning right over the bar made the hang much easier and cleans so much cleaner haha)

    b) @ 39kgs managed to complete all rounds except round 4 with 1 minute to spare... the secret is to mentally tell myself I like running :)
