Re: the benchmark challenge / experiment. Did helen 5 weeks ago, with a time of 11.52. Since then have done a sclaed version, and a mini eva. Goal was to focus on unbroken pull ups and less rest/ faster transitions. Tonight did it in 9.59. Stoked !
Fantastic Jack. Straight to the front of the class. I put that out there some weeks ago & Jack to his credit jumped on board & took the advice & done his homework. I'll say again, Fantastic!
Starting to enjoy the longer ones more and more now - perhaps permanent WOD brain has set in ! Did it in 27:48 rxd - Doing all the TTR with HC in PT has paid off ! only 20 kg bar 9 and 13 Should have gone heavier on the bar. then did additional 400 (CFP 400) run. Brenden (Bman).
