id just like to say how proud i am of being apart of CFP and being number 23 cfp athlete!! and how proud i am of everyone's efforts throughout the crossfit open. Today was most exciting by far for me today. to see everyone go as hard as they did today was "mind blowing!!! id especially like to say how proud and excited i was today about vron's awesome effort and also Dan M to see you push like u did was incredible. and the last thing was to see how hard everyone pushed to beat there last scores and more often then not everyone does :D
