  1. So inspiring to see so many do full Murph!

    Partnered with Rach
    Full runs together
And alternated each movement in sets of Cindy
    Orange band pullups.... Yeah!!!!!!!

    45:56

Can't believe I did all those freaking pushups when at the start of this year I was doing elevated pushups.

    Trex arms right now.

  3. Decided to do the 'Smurph' due to Vaulting training over the weekend. Was disappointed not to attempt the full workout.
But something to look forward to next year :)

  6. Murph - minus the 10kg vest.
Broke it into 20 rounds of cindy in 43:53.
Broke the push-ups into lots of 3's and 2's from the beginning and it worked well. All pull-ups were unbroken.

  7. Somehow managed to get myself talked into doing full Murph: 47:55.
I also broke it up into 20 Cindy's which made it a tiny bit more bearable.
Just over 24 hours after doing the wod and body says ouch!
