    Pullups: Only 18

    Had yet another what 'seemed like a good idea' thought prior to the pullups, but obviously it wasn't. Which was kipping then change to butterfly half way. This stuffed up my rhythm and resulted in a poor score.

    Just fell short of the mark I was hoping for but a very good workout. The atmosphere was awesome today guys :D..

    Pull ups 12 (all kipping) Doubled my PB!!!

    Not being able to double under very well seriously slows you down.
    Shoulder to shoulder in the box today... top fun, totally agree with Jake. Seriously.. 11 rounds, Jake should do ads for Eveready.

  7. Gymnastic WOD-Practiced Forward Roll on the Rings. Little bit of fear with this one.

    Caught Up on Yesterdays Strength HPC&J 2x80kg no dumping first 7 rounds then 1 rep. Failed the 2nd rep last 3 Rounds.
    finshed with
    Muscle Ups with Rings at Regional Height 2-3 Reps consectutive x 5 Rounds. Practiced jumping up into the rings and catching false grip.

  8. WOD-8+13&29 Pullups. Suprised to do as well as i did. Started at a steady pace and maintained it. I didn't need to stop at any stage just constant movement.
