Jen,
ReplyDeleteYou are a great example not only to 50 year olds but to 35 year olds like me. I think to myself often that i want to be as fit as i am now in my 50s because i feel that it is more honourable, people seem to have more excuses the older they get about why they don't exercise and why they are unfit.
The difference between us is that you are doing it now at 50.
Jen, you are a great example for me.
Thankyou Jody I have only just read it this monday morning and how dare you only be thirty five!
