Thanks Jody For all your praise and thanks to everyone, I just want to say thankyou to each and everyone as well who competed , volunteered, supported, sponsored , encouraged and generally eased the anxiety and celebrated, with us all over the two days. It was very special, and the best Mothers day I have ever had, with my extended Crossfit Family. Bring on the games in 2011.
    And Jody you are one great guy with a big heart.

    NICOLE:

    Daniel: As Rxd: 2,3,4,5,5,3,3
    = 7 Rounds, 25pu + 2800m

    Michael: Run Subbed for 80 skips + 15KB Swings
    2,2,3,2,2,2 + 80skips and 12KB
    = 6 Rounds, 13pu + 560skips + 102KB swings

    Guy: As Rxd: 2,3,3,2,1,2 + 400m
    = 6 Rounds, 13pu + 2800m

    Sonya: Blue+Red band: 5,6,5,6 + 200m
    = 4 Rounds, 22pu + 1800m

    Kelly: Red band at start then tried as Rxd pu
    3,3,0,0 + 400m
    = 4 Rounds, 6pu + 2000m

    THEN: Burpee Ladder,
    1 on 1st minute, 2 on 2nd minute, 3 on 3rd minute and so on.

    Daniel: 11 Rounds
    Michael: 13 Rounds
    Guy: 10 Rounds
    Sonya: 10 Rounds
    Kelly: 10 Rounds

    Great to see a few turning up in the cold outdoors this morning.
