  1. Squat Snatch
    5 @ 50kg
    3 @ 60kg
1 @ 70kg Failed on my second attempt which was disapointing as that was my goal today. The weight increases will be real hard earnt from here

WOD as R'xd 11 Rounds + 16 reps. Deads no probs, toes to bars tough on the hands after yesterdays pull up WOD and push up are improving a heap. Only managed 1 of the ugliest push ups in CrossFit today.

    Well done today Pete.

Got the weight up on the snatch but just didn't have the stability. Next time!

Good to know I can get the weight up to lock-out without to much trouble. I was starting to doubt my 1rm from team training a few weeks back now.

  3. SNATCH:
    5 @ 50kg
    3 @ 60kg
    2 @ 70kg

I attempted a 2RM for a Squat Snatch but failed on my second with only 30kg.

    WOD: 6 rounds + 5 RXD.
T2B let me down today. But it was the first time I have manged to complete T2B since starting Cross Fit. (About time, my legs are long enough to reach the roof).

  4. Squat snatch
    5 @ 22kg
    3 @ 24.5kg
    2 @ F27kg (1)
    2 @ 27kg

    WOD: 11 rounds + 7

At HC's suggestion I used a lighter weight (50kg - but could've prob gone heavier), and alternated between normal grip and snatch grip, focussing on the hip drive of the movement. All K2B unbroken, except for first round when I tried facing the other way to save time, but had to turn around as not enough room to swing legs properly.

  5. Squat Snatch

    5@ 22kg
    3@ 30kg
    2@ 35kg

Jordan ended up challenging me to equal the amounts of reps he did - as per Glen he would be my "bitch" and lucky for me I beat Jordon by 1 rep HAHAHAHA!!

But really happy with my reps, as my shoulder is still a little sore.

WOD- 12 rounds + 10 - subbed T2B for sit ups due to shoulder everything else as rx'd

This will be my last WOD as CFP for a while..

  10. Snatch - Worked on technique with 12 KG. Didn't keep count.

    WOD - 7 Rounds even
Must tape hands in future. Am a big girl in more ways than one and squeamish at the thought of splitting callouses open. Grip the biggest problem. Deadlifted 60kg, got toes nowhere near the bar and did push ups on knees, but attempted each round to do one from toes.

    3@25

Had only done them once before so happy with that
    WOD: 8 rounds + 8 (50kg DL)

Sweat like hell and loved it!

  12. Snatch- Didnt really get into the strength aspect of the lift but really tried to get under the bar quick like i can with the squat clean. I think i did it ok but i was jumping the gun with the shrug i think. Feels like i need to open the hips more first. Did about 10 single reps at 30kg trying to balance back and forth in the squat before coming out of it.

WOD-Still mentally scarred from the last time i overdid it with deads in the WOD so 60kg felt good. Definitely could've gone heavier which is good to know!
2 pushups away from 11 rounds

  13. snatch - mainly worked on technique with 20kg bar, still not allowed to squat.

WOD - 11 rounds even 40kg DL because of restrictions with knees. Push ups on knees.
